Challenge

Reckitt needed to modernise packaging in a low-engagement, highly regulated category. They aimed to future-proof compliance, enhance brand trust through QR and Accessible QR, and provide greater transparency for consumers globally.

Approach

A unified Connected Pack model was introduced, integrating a global QR supplier into the artwork workflow via Mi-View360™. Teams were trained on best practice and regulatory requirements, supported by governance, playbooks and data-led reporting to ensure consistent, scalable execution.
